SHIPPING:

- Shipping rates are $8.95 - $18.95 depending on size and weight of item(s).

- FREE Shipping on all orders over $150, use code FREESHIP @ checkout. 

- Orders are processed and shipped out within 3 business days.

- FREE local pick up is available in Coolidge (use code LOCAL PICKUP @ checkout)

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Dally Down Western will gladly accept your returns if the following criteria is met.

- Items must be returned back to us within 7 days from the date the item was received. 

- All items must returned in unused condition with tags attached, no exceptions.

- The item must be free from stains, perfume, any evidence of being worn or used. We personally inspect each item before shipping each order out, if you do get a damaged or defective product from shipping please inform us immediately so it can be properly handled. 

- Buyer is responsible for return shipping and will not be refunded original shipping cost if return is needed. 

- All sales are final on items discounted more than 15%.
